Delivery & Returns

Our furniture is crafted from natural materials, using traditional assembly methods by our artisan partners in Europe and Asia.

This process guarantees the authenticity and quality of our products, but means that their production may take a little time.

Delivery times on our product pages depend on availability:

- Delivery within 10 to 14 days > product in stock in our warehouse in New Jersey. Delivery time may vary depending on your location. When the product is shipped, you can track your delivery via a tracking link.

- Temporarily out of stock > these items are either in production or on their way to the US. You can subscribe for notifications and receive an email once the product become available for purchase on our website.

- The delivery time includes warehouse processing and last-mile delivery to your address. Please note that factors such as weather conditions or difficult access can sometimes cause a longer delivery time. Transit times vary depending on your delivery state.

Shipping costs are based on the price of the item(s), your chosen delivery service, and the postal code of your delivery address provided during check-out. The estimated delivery costs shown on the product page and in your cart are calculated for standard delivery and may vary depeding on your location. Final costs are calculated before any discounts or reductions are applied.

For all bulky items, delivery is scheduled by appointment and typically takes 10 to 14 business days from the email announcing the departure of your parcel from our warehouse in New Jersey. This email contains a tracking link to track your order.

Deliveries are made from Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM within a four-hour delivery window. The carrier will contact you within one business day of your parcel's arrival at the destination hub to schedule a delivery appointment.
For all delivery types:

Bulky items: Delivered by appointment within 4 to 8 business days from departure of our warehouse. The carrier will contact you within one business day of the parcel's arrival at its destination to schedule the appointment. Smaller parcels: Delivered without appointment, but with a photo proof of delivery.

Upon shipping, you will receive an email announcing the departure of your item(s) from our warehouse in New Jersey. This email will include a tracking link to track your order.

Delivery are scheduled from Monday to Friday on business days from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM within a four-hour delivery window.

Our furniture is delivered assembled. Please ensure that packaged item(s) can pass through your main entrance, doorways, staircases, etc., while still in their packaging. Please protect your flooring and surroundings from potential damages ahead of delivery. Delivery teams are not responsible for any damage to flooring or surrounding areas.

Please note that the delivery teams will not move or remove existing furniture present in your home.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to the main entrance (threshold) only.  Deliveries that require using a lift or stairs will be left at the entrance of the lift or at the foot of the stairs. Delivery is made by two people for any shipment that cannot be safely handled by one person only.

Our furniture is delivered assembled. Please ensure that the packaged item(s) can pass through your entrance, doorways, staircases, etc.., while still in their packaging.

This service does not include unpacking, packaging removal, or light assembly.

Room of choice

Delivery to the room of your choice. Delivery by two people for any shipment that cannot be safely handled by one person only.

Our furniture is delivered assembled. Please ensure that packaged item(s) can pass through your main entrance, doorways, staircases, etc., while still in their packaging, before ordering.

This service does not include unpacking, packaging removal, or light assembly.

Deluxe

Inside delivery to the room of your choice, along with unpacking and packaging removal.

Delivery by two people for any shipment that cannot be safely handled by one person only.

Our furniture is delivered assembled. Please ensure that packaged item(s) can pass through your main entrance, doorways, staircases, etc., while still in their packaging, before ordering.

This service does not include light assembly.

White Glove

This service includes delivery to the room of your choice, as well as unpacking and packaging removal. Light assembly using the tools supplied by Tikamoon is also included. Deliveries are made by two people for any shipment that cannot be safely handled by one person only.

Our furniture is delivered assembled. Please ensure that packaged item(s) can pass through your main entrance, doorways, staircases, etc., while still in their packaging. Don't forget to measure your rooms, door frames, stairwells, and any other access points to your home, before ordering.

You will receive an email notification when your order has left our warehouse in New Jersey. This email will include tracking information so you can follow your delivery's progress. For bulky items, the carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date and confirm a 4-hour timeslot. Deliveries occur from Monday through Friday on business days from 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, as the item hasn’t left the warehouse yet.

After 24 hours, once the order is in transit, a cancellation fee of at least $75.00 will apply.

Normal delivery service parameters are Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

If you're unavailable to receive your delivery during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM), you may request a special delivery service for an additional cost. This service includes deliveries outside the standard hours, such as during the evening (6:00 PM – 8:00 AM), weekends, or holidays.

If you would like to know how much this service will be charged, please contact our customer service.

Any last-minute changes for scheduled delivery dates must be requested 3 business days prior to your confirmed delivery. Any last-minute requests after said timeframe will be subject to a re-delivery fee of $100 as well as any applicable taxes.

Our delivery partner may request a photo ID before unloading the products. If the verification request is not met, the delivery will be considered refused, and the item(s) will be returned to the warehouse. Rescheduling a delivery will incur additional fees. If the delivery is not rescheduled, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Upon delivery, you or an appointed representative must inspect the item(s) carefully before our delivery partner leaves the premises. Any damaged or defective items must be reported to Tikamoon within 14 days of delivery and noted on the proof of delivery document. Please contact us via email at help@tikamoon.com and provide photos showing the damage or defect. Tikamoon reserves the right to determine whether a product or a component of a product has failed due to a defect or normal wear and tear. Replacement or repair will be provided at Tikamoon’s discretion. If an exchange cannot be arranged, Tikamoon may offer a substitute or full refund. All repairs or replacements depend on inventory availability. Tikamoon is not liable for any consequences (whether direct or indirect) resulting from delays in delivery, and such delays do not entitle the customer to cancel this agreement or seek compensation.

A POD is not just a receipt of delivery, but an acknowledgment that the goods arrived intact. Often, PODs are signed without inspecting the delivery. Until you have fully inspected the product, keep all packaging materials. We recommend you confirming that the shipment is indeed intended for you, that the full order has been delivered, and that it was delivered undamaged. Failure to note any issues on the POD before signing will prevent Tikamoon from authorizing damage claims after the driver has left. To ensure everything is in order, please follow this checklist before signing the Point of Delivery (POD):

- Check all cartons for visible damage. If any damage is found, report it to the delivery driver immediately.

- Take photos of any damage to the items or packaging.

- Confirm you have received the correct items as per the POD and the delivery order.

- For White Glove delivery: Wait until all items have been assembled and inspected for damage before signing the POD.

- Report any property damage caused by the delivery on the POD. You'll need to take photos or videos to document the damage.

Once you've inspected your entire shipment and documented any issues, you may ask the driver to sign or initial the POD, next to your notes on the damage.

Yes, our furniture arrives fully assembled. We do not offer kit furniture. Only the legs or handles may require minor assembly to prevent them from being damaged during transport. You can choose our White Glove Delivery service for this. Product and carton dimensions are listed on each product page. We recommend measuring your space and entryways including any stairs ahead of time to see if a product is the right fit and can be easily moved into the intended room. Typically, the door width should be greater than the box’s height. Some other factors to keep in mind are:

` Obstructions behind the door.

` Tight Corners

` Hallways or internal doors

` Stairways [including length]

` Elevator measurements

If delivery is not possible due to obstructions, the return and delivery costs will be charged to the customer.

At Tikamoon, we offer a 60-day return policy. If you wish to return part or all of your order, please inform us in writing. To do so, kindly send an email, if possible, with the reason for the return to: help@tikamoon.com.

Upon receiving your request, we will initiate the procedure with our delivery partner. Please note that this procedure may take a few business days. The item(s) to be returned should be in their original packaging. After receiving the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the subtotal of your order, including taxes minus shipping fees and a 20% restocking fees based on the product value.

If you do not have the original packaging anymore, a $75.00 repacking fee will be charged.
