I followed the suggestion in the photos and paired it with the smaller 85cm model, and the result is truly stunning; the two complement each other perfectly. Placed in the living room, it adds volume and style without overwhelming the space. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Terrible. The first delivery never arrived. I had to contact Tikamoon because it was taking too long, and they replied saying they'd lost it. They offered me a refund or a new delivery. I chose the new delivery option. In this case, the mirror arrived broken, completely broken… a disaster. I don't know if they chose a broken mirror that other customers had already returned and sent it to me, or if the shipping company broke it.

The mirror I received is made of a darker, more matte wood than the one on the website. It does not match the photos. I had already purchased another, smaller mirror from Tikamoon that had disappointed me less. I did not contact customer service because I could not see myself returning a mirror of this size. Delivery should have been made within 4 days, but it took longer because the order preparation took longer than expected. I think this will be my last purchase from Tikamoon.

It’s a nice mirror made of sturdy material so I have kept it, but for the price I expected much higher quality attachments to hang it up. The brackets are a very thin metal that are already bending under the weight of the mirror so I’m expecting at some point the mirror will come crashing off the wall. The positioning of the brackets is also weird because they are right along the edge of the mirror, so if you hang it up with string then given the shape of the mirror some of the string will be visible. The product also does not come with any screws, nails, rope etc to hang it up.

I had been wanting to purchase a mirror from this store for a long time, and when it finally went on sale during Black Friday, I placed my order. Unfortunately, when the mirror arrived, it was completely shattered. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that they don’t label their packages as fragile or ‘handle with care,’ which is very disappointing. Proper labeling could have prevented this issue. While I understand shipping mishaps can happen, the lack of care in packaging and handling is unacceptable. I hope the company takes steps to improve this process to avoid similar experiences for other customers.

Very nice mirror. The original shape adds something extra to an interior. I would just like a tip or two on fixing the mirror. I put nails in initially and it didn't hold... I ended up drilling through the wall. In short, a little advice on this level would be welcome :)

Beautiful mirror but unfortunately broken when it arrived customer service refunded immediately.
I bought the large DIM mirror, it is just as you see in the photos, very nice, solid wood, with the normal imperfections of the wood and yes, maybe a little darker than in the photos but still very nice. The downside is that it is only designed to be hung vertically, which is not clear from the product description, and customer service tells you that any modification voids the product warranty... The mirror arrived with a defect so that I returned it, although the website clearly states that the return is the same way as the delivery, they try to get you to take it to the transport company... The second mirror arrived with an even greater defect than the first so I also returned it and they tried again to get me to take it to the carrier... They also told me that if the third one also arrived defective there would not be a fourth delivery so I canceled the order tired of unpacking and packing mirrors and fighting for them to remember their return policy... In the end they came to get the mirror and they returned the full amount without any problems. The transport company and its 10. For the price of the mirror, it could come with the anchors uninstalled so that everyone can place it however they want without losing the warranty.
