OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES


Tikamoon Paris Sweepstakes 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 

 

1. Sponsor 

The Tikamoon Paris Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by:

("Sponsor") 

 

2. Sweepstakes Period 

The Sweepstakes begins on July 30, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on August 23, 2026, at 11:59 PM ("Sweepstakes Period").

Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. 

Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device. 

 

3. Eligibility 

The Sweepstakes is open only to: 

  • legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia; 

  • who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. 

The Sweepstakes is not open to: 

  • employees, officers and directors of Sponsor; 

  • Sponsor's parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates; 

  • advertising, marketing and promotional agencies; 

  • immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children); 

  • persons living in the same household as any of the above. 

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. 

 

4. Agreement to Official Rules 

By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. 

 

5. How to Enter 

Primary Entry 

Eligible individuals may enter by completing the official Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad form during the Sweepstakes Period. 

Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted. 

Multiple entries submitted by the same person may be disqualified. 

 

6. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) 

No purchase is necessary to enter. 

As an alternative to entering via Meta Lead Ads, eligible individuals may send an e mail to ebozon@tikamoon.com

The Alternate Method of Entry provides entrants with an equal opportunity to participate. 

Entries submitted through the AMOE will receive the same chance of winning as entries submitted through Meta Lead Ads. 

 

7. Prize 

One (1) winner will receive: 

  • one (1) Delta Air Lines gift voucher valued at USD 2,000; and 

  • one (1) Booking.com gift voucher valued at USD 2,000. 

The vouchers are intended to facilitate travel for up to two (2) people to Paris, France. 

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize: 

USD 4,000 

The Prize consists solely of the vouchers described above. 

The winner is solely responsible for planning and arranging travel. 

Sponsor does not guarantee: 

  • flight availability; 

  • hotel availability; 

  • travel dates; 

  • room availability; 

  • upgrades; 

  • transportation within France; 

  • meals; 

  • travel insurance; 

  • passports; 

  • visas; 

  • or any additional expenses. 

Any costs exceeding the voucher value are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

No substitution, transfer or cash redemption of the Prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. 

 

8. Prize Restrictions 

Delta Air Lines and Booking.com are not sponsors of this Sweepstakes. 

The Prize remains subject to the terms and conditions applicable to each voucher issuer. 

Sponsor makes no warranties regarding the services provided by Delta Air Lines or Booking.com. 

 

9. Winner Selection 

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about August 25, 2026. 

The drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 

Sponsor's decisions are final. 

 

10. Winner Notification 

The potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days following the drawing. 

If the selected winner: 

  • cannot be contacted; 

  • fails to respond within five (5) calendar days; 

  • is found to be ineligible; 

  • fails to complete required documentation; or 

  • declines the Prize, 

Sponsor may select an alternate winner through an additional random drawing. 

 

11. Odds of Winning 

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

 

12. Taxes 

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. 

If required by applicable U.S. tax law, Sponsor may require the winner to complete IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving the Prize. 

Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 or any other required tax reporting document. 

 

13. Publicity Release 

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, photograph and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation. 

 

14. Release of Liability 

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, officers, directors, employees and representatives from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize. 

 

15. General Conditions 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. 

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who: 

  • tampers with the entry process; 

  • submits fraudulent entries; 

  • uses automated entry methods; 

  • violates these Official Rules; or 

  • acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. 

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. 

 

16. Technical Issues 

Sponsor is not responsible for: 

  • lost, late or incomplete entries; 

  • interrupted internet connections; 

  • Meta platform failures; 

  • computer malfunctions; 

  • software errors; 

  • electronic communications failures; 

  • or any technical problems beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. 

17. Privacy 

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be processed in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at:

Information submitted may be used by Sponsor for marketing purposes where permitted by applicable law and in accordance with the participant's consent. 

 


18. Meta Disclaimer 

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. 

By participating, entrants understand they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Meta. 

19. Governing Law 

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York. 

 

20. Winner List 

To request the name of the winner, send an email with the subject line:

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the winner confirmation.
