Description
The bed transforms into a woodland hideaway or a secret agent’s den! The Bertie solid teak headboard is full of surprises—featuring hidden side storage, perfect for stashing treasures, concealing clues, or creating a cosy nook for favourite cuddly toys… always within reach in case of a midnight nightmare! As they grow, children will love using it to store books or, if permitted by parents, their smartphone or tablet.
With its clean, minimalist design, the Bertie solid teak headboard showcases a beautifully raw finish, achieved through a light brushing process. Crafted from certified wood, it ensures responsible forest management. For parents' or teenagers' bedrooms, the headboard is also available in a 65" version. To create a contemporary and stylish bedroom, explore furniture from our Actuel collection. Find styling elements on our decor page - and on our partners' websites: - Duvet cover and cushion at Gabrielle Paris - The illustration at PSTR Studio Highly prised in architecture and furniture design, teak is dense, moisture-resistant, and long-lasting.
Its aesthetic appeal lies in its exotic elegance and a rich palette of tones ranging from light honey and bronze to deep brown with striking dark grain patterns.
