The wood swells at the first rain which makes it difficult to fold up the extension.

The set is advertised as seating 8-10 people, but the packaging says 7-9. Indeed, it will be a bit cramped for 10 larger people.

The table arrived about two weeks after the chairs we had ordered. The quality of the chairs prompted us to purchase the table as well. Delivery and unboxing were brought right to the patio. Assembly presented no issues whatsoever. We are hopeful that our satisfaction will endure.
