Ordered two washbasins, they arrived wrong (black). Having called customer service, obviously it is only possible to return it, so I would have to place a new order and wait another 4 months. I don't know if I will order them again.

Arrived broken, the debris is not even in the box which means it was sent broken (it was not broken on delivery or in its box) which shows a huge problem in product control . Customer service that does not provide a good solution… super expensive delivery… in short, expensive sink and poor service… I will not order again from this site, nor will I recommend it to those around me
