Except for a small correction of the drawer, everything was great!

The products are of good quality and meet my expectations. Reasonable delivery time and in line with the forecast. Perfectly packaged products. One of the two pieces of furniture was delivered with the handles missing, I had to restart the after-sales service for my request to be taken into account. It seems that Tikamoon is unable to source spare parts from its suppliers that we can assume to be in Asia, the furniture is nevertheless of good quality. In the end Tikamoon gets away with honors by offering me a refund of 10/100 of the price of the product. I can easily find the same handles at Aliexpress.

I still like the design of the dresser very much. Unfortunately, the design did not do justice to the price. The bottom drawer was so damaged that it was not usable or repairable. The wood was cracked at the top of the magnetic clasps and the edges on the frame weren't evenly closed. The shoves were only half extensions, not full extensions which I would have expected for the price. Customer service gave four options for making a complaint, and we opted for a return and a refund of the purchase price. The transaction went smoothly, which I rate positively here. I think all of the products are very nice. Quality management before delivery would be helpful. Sincerely, SM

Very beautiful wood, beautiful finish, just a problem with the last drawer which does not close completely, but the after-sales service - particularly proactive - responded very quickly and sent us explanations in order to remedy the problem because we did not intend to return the product. I therefore highly recommend.

Very nice piece of furniture. It may not be of very high quality, but it is unbeatably cheap for a chest of drawers of this size made of solid wood.

Processing of the dressers for the price rather moderate. The corners of the furniture are not well made and are sometimes too far apart.

I really like the furniture but it seems to me that it would need a couple more shelves and more holes to better adjust the separation between them.

I was told "you have to pay €20 more"! They would have had to walk 2 meters further to help me, I was alone at home at the time. Instead, they left the packages on the gravel! Not normal, especially for an order of more than €2,000
