Lack of fixing bolts for the feet
Very satisfied with the table, thick, solid, easy to assemble. After a few days, I could see that it was quite resistant to the rain, despite a few persistent marks which should wash off. Just a few marks in some places without real scratches, too bad the product was not nickel, it would have had its 5 stars!

Worst experience buying furniture online. After visiting the Lille store and waiting until the summer sales, I ordered a Teo teak outdoor table and 4 chairs for over €900. When I unpacked it, I was in for a shock: the furniture packaging was more than minimal, and 3 out of 4 chairs were broken in different places! Since the chairs were stacked 2 by 2 in the same box, I found it quite strange to find a completely smashed chair (back and seat torn off) and an intact chair in the same box. Was the delivery driver rude? Was the packaging in the warehouse as it was, unseen and unseen? As if that wasn't enough, the table has a large gray stain right in the middle of the top. Bottom line: I spent over €900 to receive new furniture that was already shattered before anyone sat on it and had never been exposed to the slightest bit of weather... So for furniture that is supposed to "last a lifetime" outdoors..... What's more, I had to take two days off work for delivery and collection, both outside the time slot I had selected. I was finally reimbursed, but well after the end of the sales. So we'll have to wait until next summer to eat outside...
