The piece of furniture arrived chipped in one corner, unglued and cracked in several places, and missing one of its two sets of legs, making it completely unusable. The packaging was in excellent condition on the outside, so the piece of furniture arrived broken and incomplete.

Very dissatisfied. Order placed on November 27 and, as of today (January 7), still hasn't been received. On December 18, I was contacted by the courier (Ceva) for a delivery scheduled for December 19, but it never happened. On December 29, they said they had contacted me, which never happened. The only positive note is Tikamoon's support, which responded promptly, even though the order remains with an unprofessional courier. In any case, I wouldn't buy again until the shipping company is changed.

I was struggling to find a good quality media unit for my living room until coming across the Tikamoon website online. I've been impressed by the quality of the Ellie unit, looks really nice in my living room. Worthwhile noting that it is quite a soft wood, so maybe not ideal if you have small children etc who might bash or scratch the top or sides.
This seems very well made from lovely walnut. For us the design is perfect as it is modern and stylish without being too minimalistic or "blocky". We are delighted with the quality of the item and would recommend based on our experience.

The piece of furniture has a beautiful design, very proportionate, excellent workmanship with joints for assembly, no visible screws or nails. This makes the difference. The soft grains that do not weigh down. The only note to point out: in the photo on the website the color (solid walnut) appears much warmer than it actually is, which I would define as colder. This could be a reason for not accepting it upon delivery. The price is a little high but it can be justified by the workmanship which is really well done.
Nice piece of furniture: great design, nice material, slightly cooler shade than I expected, still excellent finishes. It arrives already assembled apart from the legs, in 15 minutes it can be finished and ready for 2 people. It looks very good in the living room.

It may seem expensive compared to flat pack, MDF or veneered furniture but it is completely in a different league and will last you a lifetime. It's well built with traditional techniques, elegant in design and the finish is excellent. No shiny varnish. Packaging and delivery was flawless. I have bought items from other companies abroad and have found packaging fo be problematic leading to damaged corners etc. This item was delivered in pristine condition. I would definitely buy again from this company.
