Due to problems at DPD and a postal code change on my part, I initially found the customer service to be very committed. Unfortunately, the optically very beautiful table has a defect in the wood and poor gluing and therefore not the expected quality. I got no answer to the complaint. Of course, this spoils the initially positive experience.

This is a lovely piece of affordable furniture, although it did take a bit of banging together.

Furniture arrived damaged despite intact packaging. The reason for this was poorly glued sides and top parts, which is why the wooden dowels broke and the top part was loose in the box. Black discoloration can be seen in some places because too much heat has acted on the wood during processing. However, I like the design very much.
Looks good and looks high quality. I am fully satisfied.

The table was completely unnecessarily pre-assembled (4 parts glued with wooden dowels and partly screwed). Assembly by us would have been problem-free. Unpacked table: Almost all wooden dowels were broken, partly the 4 plates torn, the table absolutely unstable.

Nice coffee table, but arrived in an unfinished state with rough, bare wood. Needed rubbing down with fine steel wool, and waxing before it started to look less like a packing crate, and more like the picture in the catalogue.

The table is lovely but we weren't sure of how it was finished (because this wasn't shown on the site) and the surface was not as polished as we expected but it's grown on us. Some of the joins could be better but we're very happy with it nonetheless.
