Beautiful, solid and well made.. Products are clearly hit and miss, factors mainly are: 1.Suppliers: some products are not as good when it comes to finish.. the oak chair for example.. was a ridiculous craft.. 2. Delivery: plays a major part. A week end slot had to be authorised by customer services and items came damaged on two occasions out of 5 total ordered. Note, I never had an item delivered damaged except from this website.. 3. Rating: I did not rate the two unpleasant experiences simply because the questionnaire (like this one) arrive a while after confirming that the item is kept. Thus clearly invalidate the whole rating.. I hope I am clear on that. To explain, if this table for example arrived broke and had to be replaced, the replacement is the one questioned not the whole experience which does matter. another example, the poorly made oak chair was never given a rating by those who returned it such as myself feeling it was not good enough. I would have given it 1 star, now it may have 4 or 5 as the cohort reviewing were arguably the satisfied customers.. 4. Customer service: is a classic 'team work' who clearly don't read the e mail trail. There is always another person replying. At least the replies are fairly prompt (usually a day or two) and returns were made as simple as could be. The phone number supplied doesn't work. Overall, worth trying if the concept of the product suits you.. allowing for broken goods, returns and delivery inconvenience, I eventually felt happy!

Have not opened this yet as if I am going to return these items I can't imagine how I will get all the packaging back together in the correct way for transportation.

Pretty coffee table with simple lines, beautiful finishes. Convenient for storing a few magazines. It is lower than our previous table but you get used to it quickly.

Simple but stylish table, easy to assemble, just the legs needed putting on. Quite expensive but it was the style we were looking for.

Very solidly made, liked the design of the item & great for a facade & storage of hi-fi units ... but not made perfect, (one corner is very slightly not fully at 90 degrees & some joins are not 100% flush with each other). Also choice of wood grain on the large flat surfaces is slightly disappointing in a lot of places & could of been a whole lot better chosen.

Coffee table arrived damaged, the bag of screws opened, probably a customer return.
