English: I purchased a lila column in solid acacia, with the same material and finish as 2 pieces of furniture I had already purchased previously. The product I received had a decidedly different color than what was shown on the site and the furniture I had already purchased. It was clear that a “yellowish” covering paint had been applied, which completely altered the original color of the acacia wood. I thought it was a manufacturing defect and therefore requested a replacement. This was their response: Unacceptable to me, it's like saying that they are unable to guarantee non-defective products... I therefore opted for a return... which, by the way, I also had to bring myself (a 15kg package 1.5m high) to a GLS point (they weren't even able to send the carrier to my home for pick up, despite being required by the return conditions). Total time, between the complaint and the return procedure, was about a month. The refund is still being processed. I honestly don't know if I will buy anything else from them again...

We are very sorry for what happened to your order and for this we reiterate our apologies in this regard. All our furniture is handmade and the paints used are artisanal, therefore the color and dimensions may vary slightly from one production to another but we try to present the product on our website in the most realistic way possible even if sometimes some "pieces" may be very different for the reasons already mentioned. Our customer service intervened quickly, but since it was a somewhat particular case, the intervention of a technical opinion was necessary, which contributed to lengthening the case management times a little.
