This sideboard is very pretty, despite the fact that we received it with two different doors, and a completely bent door handle screw, which prevents us from installing the second door handle, which makes this sideboard unfinished, and where can we find a new suitable screw, because we are still waiting for the one from the after-sales service!!!

The ordered buffet seems to be of good quality (Maë), we are satisfied with it. The delivery was impeccable, the furniture perfectly packaged. However, it was delivered with a defect (holes for handles pre-drilled with a bad gap). We had to be patient to communicate with Tikamoon (waiting 12 days between each email). We were offered a small discount on the product, and something quite original, we were advised to contact "a professional so that recommendations can be made to you". In short, quite disappointed with the customer service overall.

Very nice, solid, good quality and super practical with its sliding doors, exactly what I needed. I don't give it 5 stars because there were 2 small finishing defects (including a long but shallow scratch) that I was able to almost eliminate by varnishing the furniture, which in my opinion is much preferable because the surfaces are subject to scratches and stains.
The product is exactly as in the photos on the site. Excellent quality/price ratio. Definitely satisfied. I recommend it.
