The piece of furniture we received was defective in several respects: the drawers did not close (one of them reopened on its own, on the other there remained a play of 1/2 cm) and the hinges were badly fixed (several screws were spinning in a vacuum, some had fallen off). For a piece of furniture at 1000 euros we expected a completely different quality. We would have accepted the exchange of the piece of furniture with a commercial gesture but Tikamoon offered to repair the piece of furniture ourselves in exchange for a partial refund of 150 euros, which we refused because we were not sure of knowing the to fix. We therefore opted for the return and full refund. Since then, it's been the cross and the banner to get reimbursed. We had to repack the furniture ourselves and arrange with the carrier. Which has not sent us a recovery voucher, is not reachable by phone and does not respond to our many reminders. We are still waiting for Tikamoon to find a solution.
Beautiful unit, very badly put together. Loose and missing screws, ill-matching cupboards, drawer wouldn’t stay closed. After rebuild by carpenter, unit very good.

A very beautiful piece of furniture that dresses the room with aesthetics and elegance. In addition, no wires or devices are now visible, which further enhances the esteem given to this TV stand which exudes quality.
Well built and of good quality
The TV cabinet itself is very beautiful, but unfortunately the workmanship is only mediocre. A screw on the hinge had come loose and was flying around in the closet and one drawer wouldn't close completely. All the screws had to be tightened and the doors and drawers readjusted. Therefore only recommended to a limited extent.

Once again a beautiful piece of solid wood furniture purchased from Tikamoon. This one is beautiful, large without being massive and beautifully crafted. Openings with good quality dampers.

Very nice piece of furniture. The finishes are neat. Completely corresponds to what I was looking for.
Good piece of furniture but not perfect. Arrived with loose hinges and loose handle. Also one screw was missing (but I got a refund to buy it myself). On close inspection you can see some marks and dents and scratches on the edges of the shelves. So I'm slightly dissapointed considering the price I paid. It is heavy and the delivery crew was brilliant carrying it up to the 1st floor.

Very good products. However, it doesn't seem normal to me that the delivery people categorically refused to bring the packages into my home, on the pretext that I had taken standard delivery. I was told "you have to pay €20 more"! They would have had to walk 2 meters further to help me, I was alone at home at the time. Instead, they left the packages on the gravel! Not normal, especially for an order of more than €2,000

Very good quality, exactly as described and met my expectations.
A lovely piece of furniture. High quality throughout, lovely light oak wood grain. The only little downside is that the bottom drawers don't quite fit DVDs on their narrow side. It needed to be 1 or 2 cm taller. Something the designer did not think about. But we are very happy with our purchase.
