Treatment prior to use is recommended for this item
Use oil or varnish to protect, maintain, and preserve your raw wood furniture. If the piece of furniture is not adequately protected, any stains that occur can only be removed by sanding the furniture.
To protect, maintain, and preserve your marble, lava stone, or polished stone furniture on a daily basis, wipe it with a non-abrasive sponge. We suggest that you use a special marble-cleaning solution once a month, and a renovator for occasional special maintenance.

*** The surfaces of the basin and cabinet are roughly? and unevenly but very finely sanded and due to the type of wood the wood has a very soft? grip? and luckily is untreated. The door handle is very beautiful and its simplicity makes it look very valuable. It would be nice if you could buy such handles, possibly in different lengths, individually! For the price everything was great and I would buy the basin and cabinet again.
Very beautiful piece of furniture, a little complicated to assemble but guaranteed result
Holes for water inlet and outlet in the base cabinet are unfortunately missing, you have to do it yourself. Somewhat confusing that the depth including the towel holder is given, the cabinet and sink itself is only 25 cm deep.
Super nice quality. Unfortunately, the sink does not fit 100% on the base cabinet. Is that it is natural wood. Not too tragic. Looks great. A special tap is required for the wash basin, since the wash basin is relatively thick

We try to reproduce the presentation in the online shop as realistically as possible. We apologize for the resulting disappointment and will gladly take the item back within 30 days of receipt.
Nothing is pre-drilled! The hole for the tap is very small! Siphon must also be adjusted. No standard can be used! Too expensive for that. You have to buy drain, siphon and tap. You also have to mount the sink on the cabinet yourself. This does not come out on the website. Wouldn't order anything here.

In order to meet the individual requirements of our customers, we do not pre-drill. The standards for the tap and drain are listed in the product description. As we describe on our website, Tikamoon does not supply taps, siphons or drains.

The price / performance ratio is ok, but I think the goods are not very well made, which is actually not to be expected given the price. The sink was not sanded very well and the wood from the cabinet is rough and looks very restless, as there is probably no color sorting when processing the boards. If that doesn't bother you and maybe grinds a bit, you have a good cabinet for this price.

Washbasin was delivered defective twice, the replacement delivery was even of poorer quality, I asked for my money back because there was apparently no value placed on satisfied customers.

Pleased with the product but it did not come with any care details. An e-mail arrived about 2 weeks later with care details by which time I had installed teh product and already treated the wood
Wonderful, but you should not assemble without any technical knowledge.
So you can't complain about the quality. But I think it's cheeky at the price that nothing is pre-drilled. Holes for the siphon and the faucet must be drilled yourself. Price performance does not fit in my eyes.

Very nice product with quality materials and which stands out from the usual hand washers. Note however that the assembly is quite heavy, it is necessary to provide a wall which can support the hanging of the furniture.
Great for small bathrooms, I love our new sink.
Among other things, we had ordered a vanity unit with a sink. The order was there after about two months. Unfortunately, a corner of a vanity was broken off. We received a new one straight away at no additional cost. At first I was afraid to order from Tikamoob, but now I am satisfied.
I am fully satisfied. One more would have been to have the choice on the direction of opening of the door but without gravity.

The quality of the wood is bad. The wood is untreated and looks cheap. To protect the wood, I oiled the wood with colorless wood oil. After this it now looks checkig. The opening for the drain is not standardized, so it has to be milled afterwards. The sink is probably handmade and therefore does not sit exactly on the base unit. I am very disappointed and if I hadn't oiled it I would return it.

Pretty... in theory. Basin absolutely not in conformity with the images presented and those for all the versions of this hand basin (the "cream" version had absolutely nothing to do, and the "grey" version ordered later resembled the "black" version). This is normal according to customer service ("handmade"), but it is not indicated anywhere. Do not bet on the rendering of the photos on the page, you risk being very disappointed.
