Beautiful piece of furniture???????? unfortunately, despite the immense care taken in the packaging as well as the fast and precise delivery, the furniture arrived damaged. Despite my disappointment because it is really very beautiful, I did not dare to repeat my order with an exchange for fear that the furniture would be damaged again by delivery. Hyper cordial, understanding and responsive Tikamoon customer service. Quick recovery and immediate refund. I had no luck with the delivery despite the kindness of the delivery men but they were alone to deliver (twice) in terazzo plan then furniture to be handled and carried with care. is not easy. Thank you all the same to Tikamoon, which I recommend despite everything ????????
We still can't unpack it because the terrazzo plate is too heavy for one. When offering a service ensure that it can be put into practice

Beautiful unit. The chestnut timber is looking amazing after 3 coats of varnish.
The finish of the product is matte, it does not have the shine that can be seen in the photo

Really ugly fake marble top that looks different from the image on the website. I now need to replace this item elsewhere

It is a really beautiful piece of furniture. However, in the photos it looks much larger than it actually is, although we have already bought the larger version of the two TV benches. In addition, the delivery information is not entirely accurate. The plate came separately and was very heavy. It was therefore not a delivery in one piece. The assembly itself was also very laborious due to the heavy plate. In response to our complaint, we were offered a voucher for 30 euros, which seems ridiculous to us given the effort involved.
It has no comparison, a piece of furniture of quality and sophisticated design.

The terrazzo slab is very heavy and beautifully crafted! The doors move very smoothly. One of the two solid wood drawers was stuck, but this was easy to solve by slightly lifting the guide rail. A valuable piece of furniture!
The Terrazo top arrived fractured, weighs way too much, and is not good quality (a kind of concrete while synthetic binders are more resistant and much lighter). A big disappointment because otherwise the furniture is successful. Impeccable customer service (including the delivery people who had nothing to do with it).
